A lightly pigmented polymer which converts porous surfaces to non-porous surfaces for use with alcohol ink.
How to use:
Shake for 2 minutes before use
1. Ensure surface to coat is free of oil and grease.
2. Apply Kelpie evenly. Apply in careful even strokes taking care to work Kelpie into the surface eliminating any foam that may form.
3. Let Kelpie dry completely, 1 hour(ish), some surfaces may take longer!
4. Apply a second coat if needed.
5. Press flat under a weight if the surface wrinkles.
